got these the last time around, not worth the time to open the package let alone submit rebates. One speaker cuts in and out on one pair and the there are frequent pops and buzzing on the other pair.

The Free Econo Shipping on each item is set to take off a shipping discount only up to a certain shipping weight (0.20 lbs for the earbuds or 0.25 lbs for the software). When you add the both items to the cart, it exceeds that maximum weight (0.45 lbs cumulative) and that's why you are charged shipping.
