I just ordered one. I entered my zip code and it said free shipping, $9.99 total. I placed and paid for the order then instantly got an email stating that I was just charged $17.36! I'm livid! Customer service is closed of course. I'm stuck waiting until tomorrow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEAL!!!

Shipping isn't $7.29... it's Free.

You just have to have a 1 line residential address.

If you try shipping to an address with 2 lines... the system will automatically charge you Ground Shipping, for whatever reason.

For the guy who ordered and got charged $17.36... it showed that on the page prior to hitting submit, so you should have known something was wrong.

I would advise placing a new order, putting your address in one line, and your order should qualify for Free Econo Shipping.

I would then call TigerDirect first thing in the morning at 7 AM EST (their phone # is 1-800-685-8888) and tell them you want to cancel the initial order. They will most likely tell you that it is already in process at the warehouse, so they can't cancel it... but they can put in a stop shipment request on your behalf. Tell them to do this immediately, and if it is shipped, you will be refusing delivery of it.

If the order does happen to ship out... as long as you don't open the package you can "refuse" it. If it's delivered by UPS, just tell the driver you are refusing it or leave a note on your door. If it's delivered by USPS and left in your mailbox, you can write package refused on it with a note to your mailman or drop it off at any USPS location and tell them you are refusing delivery of it. They will return it to sender.
