Code dead, cannot checkout Frown

All orders using GIFT5 have been cancelled, probably all others too. They claim they were unable to actually receive the orders, even though they generated order numbers and sent confirmation emails of receiving the orders. It seems that they are either incompetent or it was just a scam to obtain email addresses. Please be sure never to give them any future business and file a BBB complaint.

I placed an order using the GIFT5 promo for a $7 item ($2 after coupon) and the website said there was an error processing the order but paypal charged me even though I see no record of the order on their website...when I tried to place the order again it said "10415 Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details. A successful transaction has already been completed for this token." Called. Lady told me to call back after Christmas to speak with customer service...ugh!
