I don't know what an OEM Apple cable sells for, but I think the majority of people can live with the unidirectional restriction to save $30+ Especially if you need multiple cables. |

I'd personally be fine with the cable only going in one way. Then again, I don't have an iPhone 5 and the have only purchased one Apple product in my entire life - the first generation iPod nano. Tofu Vic |

there is a recent review that also stated that these do work both ways.
even if it only works one way < $3 is a heck of a lot cheaper than $20 at apple .... thanks OP! |
