Macy's $10 off $25 Printable Coupon for Sale & Clearance Apparel and Select Home Items

Great, thanks. Just loaded up on Christmas stuff on sale, $10 was nice.

My mall in San Jose, cA (Valley Fair Macys) allowed me to use my Android phone as a coupon without printing. I've used it 3 times already and all the sales associate didn't even say a thing.

I love it when Macy's has these coupons, but I can't make it to the store until Friday or Saturday. Does anyone know if Macy's will have any special promotion at that time?

Good luck finding the items this coupon is valid for! It excludes 99% of the items in the store! While standing in the line many people were told that the coupon doesn't apply to the items they bought and the cashier told us the same thing. So, we bought it anyway because we traveled 20minutes to get there and 20 minutes to park the car and not worth losing $10!. If you are planning a trip, ask someone in the store which one applies and which one doesn't. Will save your time.

I showed my cashier my phone with the coupon bar code and she typed it in with no problem. I just told her I forgot to print it but have it on my phone. I hate printing it out since I might not find anything good. I got 7 items for $17 and a $10 coupon back for purchasing denim.

Some surly old lady in men's underwear department says the coupon excludes designer brands like Polo Ralph Lauren or Calvin Klein and she will not override it even though she can. It's YMMV.

The trick is to go to the cashier at exactly 1pm. The coupon has expired but there is no way for them to tell that the item is eligible for the coupon or not, however they allow to give you a discount after 1pm by overriding the computer. People who are in line until 2pm will be given the discount.

Wow that is a nice lead. Should try it out soon. I used to be super-excited with these 10 off 25 deals, but was always putdown with "sorry sir, this does not work on this, nor on this, nor on this...." I felt like being a sucker, lured in with the carrot and hooked unto buying things.... and not even getting the carrot! I started hating these deals....

And if it didn't work the first time do not give up, as some nice young cashier from another department will ring it up for you.
