Food Lion $5 off $5

I was accused of copying a coupon only because my coupon was lighter than they had in their CS desk.
I explained it was from my printer and not copied, but CS person didn't listen and gave me dirty look and said several times that I made copy of coupons which had to be voided and illegal. She went to other customer while I was talking to her. I got her name telling her I would contact FL, but she said call but they would not help me as it was copied.
I left the store very upset with empty hand.
Does anyone encountered similar/same situation?
Is FL good at handling this kind of situation?

I really dislike foodlion.
Biggest part is the stores in my area are the REIDS.
Its still freakin Foodlion.
was told 2 days ago that they dont take competitor qs (my $5/$5 FLIP )
I said since when do u not take your own qpons?
Was told that REIDS was no longer FL.
So I went down the road to our other REIDS, and they took it and it went through.
So I tried to find a complaint number about using FLIPS.
Guess what? Its like Reids dosnt exsist!

how did she know the cs desk copy wasn't photocopied? i certainly would've brought it up.

If I were you, I would go onto Food Lion's FB and complain. I've seen them send some stuff to people who went through something similar to you.

U really do need to contact salsbury and report back what they say.. there is no excuse for being treated that way and i was tell salsbury that u expect the CSM to give u an appoligy
