Also, they sent me an order confirmation email before I even logged into the PayPal website to pay, but then I went through with the PayPal order anyway. I wonder what would have happened if I didn't pay.

Okay, it seems I never had to pay them to begin with. My order history page now shows $8.99 + $0.99 (handling) - $10 = -$0.02

I tried calling them, but it seems their support is still on vacation. Hopefully their email support is in later today since their Twitter guy said he'll be back in like 15min from now.

Update:
Just called customer support. Apparently the order history page is a "glitch" and they "never give away an item for free".

Ordered two 5 shirts, got the pickagift promo to take off shipping and wrapp stacked but still landed with 2.00 handling. I think they've added it since all the free orders :p

So I also bought something for $8.99 and got charged $0.99. So far talked to customer support twice and first person said they can't sell something for free and the other person said I shouldn't have been able to combine a promo code and a gift code. Kind of stupid.
