Banana Republic - Extra 50% off all sale items (12/26 only, until 1 PM, then 30% off extended through 1/2/13) B&M

I was a little skeptical, so I went to the BR down from my work, and I was very happy with the sale. Most of the time, you see 'up to 50%', but this is 50% off just about everything (90% of the store was 50% off). The prices are better than the BR Outlet prices. I found a pair of Chinos in the clearance area for $4.95 after the discount.

Also, Gap B&M is having the same 50% off as well, but the prices were okay. 40% all jeans at the Gap as well.

Got a bunch of cords, suit pants, & sweaters for ~$25 each. Wish I had gone in right when the sale started at 6am so I could've had time to check out the suiting deals before the mob descended.

I went there during my lunch and there was a line to check out. Took a look at the men's section and it was picked over. It probably didn't help going to a smaller BR. Looks like some of you got some good deals.

I work fort the owners of the shopping center and on my lunch break I was walking back to my office from Macys (where I was checking which items I can buy tomorrow for the $10 off $25 coupon) when I passed by BR store. As usual I see their sign 40% off so I thought it's one of those 40% off Wednesdays promos but then I read further and it said 40% off EVERYTHING in store! So I went in and there were lots of customers, long line, and most of the good stuff are gone. I so wanted to buy new pants but they never sell 29w or 28w for jeans or slacks respectively in store

I ended up buying shirts and sweaters that I had a salesguy put a hold for me so I can come back later before I leave work when the line is shorter. Surprisingly, there was only one person behind me when I was done. They had 5 cashiers working. Anyway, I just buy stuff I like even if it's not the size or color I wanted because I can exchange it later for another color or size in another store that has what I want for an even exchange. Even better for GAP card holders that they get an extra 10% off.

I wasn't even expecting to buy anything today but I did. Now I have to get rid of my old stuff that I don't wear anymore and sell them on eBay or donate to charity for a write off.

The extra 30% off already reduced items has been extended through 1/2/13 (in store automatically and online with code BRSALE30 at checkout).

Went to a store in NYC at 12:50 PM and it was mobbed (20-30 min line with 6 cashiers working), but they still had a good selection of stuff left.

Got a pea coat for $75...a blazer for $65...cords and sweaters for $20. THANKS OP!! Repped!

Hmmm.... Can anyone else confirm if this is location specific or company wide? I missed the chance to go yesterday due to bad weather.

I forgot that I registered two of my VISA cards at TrialPay to get Fandango codes if you spend $39 at Gap/Old Navy/BR. I spent $118! I only used one card. Later in the evening yesterday I was surprised to receive the codes. But it's only one because I only used 1 card. Drats!
