Looking for Car DVR

Hi all,

I'm looking for a car dvr that can support:
-1080p or 720p video record format
-work well during day/night time
-easy portable (just mount like a GPS, I was thinking using this http://www.amazon.com/Garmin-Port...002OL2MU4/ so I put it away when not in use)
-run on cigarette light for power
-using SD card for continuous recording

Available in the US and under $200.
I was looking at DOD GSE550 Car DVR. Look like the video quality is pretty good in, hopefully if anyone else have other recommendation.
