i just printed the coupon barcode from bb rewards site and used it in store. it did work for 20% off... sorta. i got the $25 itunes gt for $20.19... not sure why, the cashier didn't know either. i wasn't going to argue since i was cashing out tons of best buy giftcards from the deal couple of weeks ago for amazon kindle cards... $0.19 is not a big deal.

it happened when bestbuy store already have 15% off on tag price

ex: $25 already 15% off ---> tag price will be $21.25

when u turn in coupon 20%, the cashier will see that already 15% off, wont discount 20% from $21.25, they will manually input extra 5% off

so the system will discount 5% from $21.25 ---> $21.25 x 0.95 =20.19

I bought before and asked that, that is what the count.

I ever ask how come they cannot discount 20% from $25 directly, their math is not good. just said I already give u extra 5% off to make it 20% off
