Using Chrome, I had an issue as well. I didn't realize at first that it was flagging it as dangerous, and that I had to go to the Downloads window and tell it to keep it. Try that maybe. Thanks, OP

Thank you. I think it was my firefox (wasn't downloading anything) so put back to default settings and all was well.

Look at the sidebar menu and click on the (last) tab "resources." Click on any of their books or publications and the download option should be there. Enjoy!
