Seems like a great deal! Already have one though, inherited from my dad.
FYI, not sure why people haven't mentioned the Dewalt 16" tool bag much. It's a great deal. I had bought one for myself and one for my dad before christmas. Update: Stopped by a local Ace, and they didn't seem to have any Dremel Oscillating tools (just rotary ones). I'm guessing maybe Ace is planning to stop selling the item. There's another Ace next to my job, plan on checking there as well. This could be YMMV, just an fyi for others. Update: The other Ace I stopped by only had craftsman oscillating tools.

Raskal311 or dawaves, did it ring up as 49.99 or was there a sticker stating that $49 was the price. I might try calling around to close Ace Hardware stores. Don't really want to waste gas driving out. Thanks in advance
