Picked up mine a few hours ago. The box won't fit in any door of a regular size sedan.

We unpacked it in sears parking lot. The largest part can easily fit in the back seat of 4-door sedan. Foldded box also went in there.

We repacked it when arrived home.

Easy job for two persons (10~20min). It could be hard for one person as long as you want to keep the box undamaged.

I Went this morning to pick up the grill. I thought if I decided I didn't t want it , I could sell it.

The grill was assembled and I am glad it was. After looking over the grill I decided not to take it. For $79.00 it is worth the price, but I barbecue a lot, and I felt I wanted a better built grill. The metal was very thin and that grates were not very thick.

The shelves do not fold for the person who asked this question.

I am sure who ever buys this grill will be pleased with it. For $79.00 you could not buy the raw materials to build one.

I paid by PayPal. The grill was billed immediately by Sears. When I looked at my PayPal account the money was immediately taken out of my checking account. When I called Sears to cancel the barbecue they said it would take 24 to 48 hours to cancel my order. PayPal told me it would then take some time before I could get my money back.

Why is it that my money was immediately taken out of my account, but when I cancelled the grill, it sounds like it will take days for me to get my money back?

Thanks, I went and picked mine up, I have a small car, but the back seats folded down and I slid the box in through the hatchback, it BARELY fit! But it fit!

The box is way bigger than I would've guessed.

Overall, looks like a solid deal. I had $21 in SYR too so that made this an even better deal at only $63! I only cook for 1 or 2, so this will be perfect, I don't need a $1k grill to make burgers.



Anytime you use a checking account, there is always a few days hold to put the money back. Standard practice and anyone on Slickdeals should know this.

This is a great grill for the price. It is very comparable to my $300 charbroil 5 burner grill at my house. I bought it for the girlfriend. It easily gets to 550* and has 400sq inches of cooking area. It is smaller than mine which I believe has around 600sq inches or so, but that extra space is really not needed unless you are having a large party.

I'd say you would be hard pressed to find one of this quality under $180. At $80 its a no-brainer. Granted it is nowhere near the quality of a $500+ Weber Genesis or something but for the price it is great.

I'd strongly recommend seasoning the grates after every use to keep them from rusting and retaining non-stick properties.

I use bacon and sausage grease poured into a couple designated ice cube trays and keep them in the freezer. I then use tongs and rub one cube over a warm grate.

Shows 1 left near me. I'm Going to go first thing in the morning and pick it up instead of ordering online and having my ordered cancelled so an employee can snag it worth a shot right
