Is there any way to find link the coupon with the groupon acct?
Is there any way to see the deal referrals from one groupon acct to another? (In other words if you refered this deal to your friend, can you see when and what the referral emal was in your current/main groupon acct?) Is there any history of godaddy taking back or reversing groupon transactions like renewals with vouchers already redeemed before the terms were changed on Jan 1st. thanks! |

Multiple Groupons Still Useable...
To get around godaddy's "one per account" policy, just create a new godaddy account for each "extra" groupon coupon you bought, then transfer a few domains from your primary account over to each new account (easy instant process). Then, log into each new account and apply each groupon once in each account (assuming you haven't tried to apply them already [to an account where you already used a groupon], which might have flagged those numbers). I just did this and used a few $70 groupons that I had purchased (but not yet entered)... And they worked fine on domain renewals, which is all I used them for. I plan to transfer the domains back to my primary account in the near future... |

Wow, with that kid aaron swartz death and godaddy's collusion in retraining the free flow of the internet, I guess there are plenty of reason to find godaddy just abhorrent and despicable.
Is it hard to transfer your domains once you have renewed them for a long time to another company? R.I.P Aaron Swartz

Let me guess - you blame Bob Parsons for the Somalian pirates who hijack ships too. I mean, he did go to Africa, and Somalia is in Africa, so he's obviously connected somehow... But to answer your actual question, it's trivial to transfer domains from GoDaddy. New domains have a waiting period (2-3 months IIRC), and if you modified some piece of the contact information they make you wait a period of time too. As long as neither of these applies, then you can do it quickly. |

I actually didnt know any of this till I saw it on this thread first but see this: http://godaddyboycott.org/ plus when I lost my grad funding and my friends had graduated I had to pay $2,621.87 in journal subscriptions and fees to JSTOR because my small town library cant afford interlibrary loan or journal subscriptions. Those fees were not a SD and if all this kid wanted to do was liberate the library journals then go daddy is def on my sh=t list thats for sure. |

But, regardless, that still has nothing to do with Aaron Swartz or JSTOR. |
