32GB PlayStation Vita Memory Card $60
16GB PlayStation Vita Memory Card $36
8GB PlayStation Vita Memory Card $24
4GB PlayStation Vita Memory Card $12

Hello This is My first time posting on this site, but i love coming here for the
amazing deals you get to find. Smilie

So i recently bought a PS Vita Wi-Fi model and it came with No Memory card. Mad
So i search online and The 32GB model memory card that I wanted was $100 + Taxes everywhere except for Sony.com

http://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/...0of%20Deal

they have a 20% off all memory card for the vita, plus at the checkout is like another 20% or so. The total for 32GB ended up being 59.99 plus free shipping

I decided instead of ordering the card, to go to my local BestBuy and have
them price match it. and they did(Total was 63.15 w/ Tax) I recommend a print out of the page to make it easier for you. Also Make Sure to go all the way to Proceed to Cart(At the Sony website) to get the $59.99 or you will end up seeing the $79.99 price.

Thank You for your time & Enjoy this Special Deal! Smilie

This is the cheapest I've ever seen these, it is about as good a deal as you'll get any time soon I'm sure.

I think the Vita would sell a lot more units if they ditched these overpriced proprietary cards and just originally went with an SD card or something more standard. It seems counterproductive to push digital distribution and then charge $100 for 32gb of storage. Maybe this is why Sony stock is in the toilet.
The only issue is that if they go with a standard card, piracy runs rampant. Proprietary cards are their effort to curb piracy, at least until someone comes up with a 3rd-party Vita stick the way they eventually did the PSP.

That said, the cards are RIDICULOUSLY priced and rarely go on sale. That's the biggest issue. Make the cards at least somewhat comparable to a standard media, and everybody wouldn't hate you so much..

Finally upgrading from the tiny 4GB card that came with my system. 32GB is still not nearly enough to store all my PS1 games though.

It's 5% off all discover online purchases now so just go thru ebb bates and use discover card.
In that case, it wouldn't be considered ShopDiscover, it would be just a regular Discover card. Also, the 5% on online shopping only works up to $1,500 for the quarter. Why use the Discover card and use e-b-a-t-e-s, when you could use the Discover card and ShopDiscover? They stack, so 5%(Discover card) + 5%(Through ShopDiscover portal) = 10%.

If you take pics or record movies a 16gb fills up quick

Finally 32 GB at a price I'm willing to pay (not reasonable though). With Vita being added to Plus, I need more storage.

BTW what does it take to transfer to the new card from my old one?

16GB should be fine if you don't put a lot of movies in it.

$64.19 after tax, and the homebrew scene isn't there quite yet. I'll pass.
