Horrible experience and customer service
I had checked out and received confirmation. When I got the shipping notice a couple of days later and the northface jacket had been removed and all discounts were also gone as well as free shipping. I called the company and after 15 min their response was that the jacket was not on the order even after I sent them a screenshot of the confirmation. They also refused to refund the difference on the discounted items that had been charged at full price and the shipping charges when I asked for a return authorizafltion they refused. I guess I will let discover deal with them.
