I'd suggest to call their customer service at 846-679-4867 Monday and provide them with your order# to get the status. The BOFH - - - - Some days you're the dog, some days your the hydrant.

Called today and the order is "in progress." She explained to me that there was a massive amount of online orders for large amounts per order. She told me mine should ship this week...
What happened to shipping the next day as I was told earlier? Beginning to lose faith that it will be fulfilled despite my card being charged. |
