One of the worst customer services I’ve experienced; in store and on the phone. On the phone when ordering, the wait time is over 10 minutes, when returning the wait time is over 20 minutes. They also don't offer any customer appreciation or "one time" courtesy as other companies do.

Not intending to spoil the deal(s), if it works for you please go ahead; but I have a bitter experience with this store for more than once and would like to share.

But without me even calling they sent me an email saying they were sending me a $20 gift card in the mail. Haven't got my gift card yet, but if I do they will have paid me $19.40 for buying 6 pairs or shoe laces. I just hope I get the GC before these codes expire
