One of the worst customer services I’ve experienced; in store and on the phone. On the phone when ordering, the wait time is over 10 minutes, when returning the wait time is over 20 minutes. They also don't offer any customer appreciation or "one time" courtesy as other companies do.
Not intending to spoil the deal(s), if it works for you please go ahead; but I have a bitter experience with this store for more than once and would like to share. |

I once ordered a t-shirt and it came with the security tag on. Told me to go to my local Finishline(a long drive away) to go get it removed. Only compensation they offered was a normal $10 of $60 coupon--get outta here! However, ordered a pair of the Woven Free Run 2's. From $135 retail, down to the price I got with my Winners Circle and coupon, can't beat that! |

I got in on the $0.10 purple shoe laces, I orderd 10 pairs, they sent 6 and canceled the rest of them. But without me even calling they sent me an email saying they were sending me a $20 gift card in the mail.
Haven't got my gift card yet, but if I do they will have paid me $19.40 for buying 6 pairs or shoe laces. I just hope I get the GC before these codes expire |

[QUOTE=MFlash321;56423560]Yep, customer service is pretty bad.
I ordered the OU Sooners sweats and shirt last time. After putting the sweats on something poked me. Took them off and there was a broken needle in the seams. Called Customer service and sent me a $20 gift card. |
