You must select which store you want in the beginning. Only if the item is available than you'll be able to do store pick up. If you buy 4 items and the store you're picking it up at only has 3 items in stock it will not give you the option to do store pick up. The store must have ALL items you're looking to buy in order to do store pick up.

How long does it take finishline to charge a person's card? I placed an order online for a pair of shoes a week ago and picked it up yesterday at one of their stores. I've looked through my bank account and I wasn't charged.
