Negotiating in the house process
Nice neighborhood ,Love the house, priced competitively at 130k in foreclosure. House has been tried to be sold for past year ranging from 150-130k from previous owner. In 2008 the house was sold for 240k. Built in 2003 for 170k.
I offered 117.5k thru a realtor and I should know the counter next week since they will wait for other offers. What should I expect the counter offer to be and should I negotiate again or just buy the house since I want it.
Also, Why is it so hard to get a mortgage now with a credit score of 602?
Only 1 approval thru BOFA doing 50k down 15 yr term
