Yeah, I hope to have it fixed next Tuesday when the repairman comes. They said it should be a fairly quick fix, and involves switching out certain bolts in the back panel.

As for the trailer, I think it looks pretty good. It's been way too long since there has been a good Superman movie. I'm hoping they deliver this time around.

Waiting for a 65inch - last year around Feb/March Amazon and Pauls tv both has the 65ST30 at low prices- around 1250. I think I got authorization for a PM with frys at that price and then chickened out. Hopefully 2013 will bring similar discounts around superbowl time just after CES

Yay Man of Steel discussion time. Dude, that part when superman is flying upwards and then you see the sonic boom... it gave me chills. I really hope Nolan and Snyder delivers.

LOL, me too, I had chills pretty much the entire second half of the trailer. The teaser they made a few months ago was such a ... tease, so glad the trailer wasn't that far behind.

Yep, it's been waaaaay too long. I mean, I still watched Superman Returns more than a few times, even though it was so light and cheesy, but I'm REALLY looking forward to the darker and heavier take by Snyder and Nolan. I think it's in good hands. I liked Watchmen and Legend of the Guardians a lot, Snyder always has great fight scenes and cinematography, and Nolan needs no explanation. Good cast too. I like Michael Shannon in Boardwalk Empire, that guy has such a face on him.

Now we just need a good Flash movie, redo Green Lantern, and head towards a Justice League movie.

10 feet away. They ship them with cracked transformers/capacitor. Over time they will crack and cause the buzzing sound, due to the heat generated by the tv. The changing of screws like someone else mentioned isnt going to fix it because newer built models ship with those screw already in them. Since you like to be a passive-aggressive troll I hope your transformer/capacitor cracks and you can experience it as well.

When I said "all" I meant that this issue is present in the ST, GT, and VT models, not every single tv. I can see how I worded can give the wrong impression.

Have a general question. Aren't we nearing the time the new TV set line is introduced, and aren't the best buys typically right before Superbowl?

One of my TVs is starting to fail so I went shopping after Christmas and was very disappointed I couldn't find any really good deals.

The TV I have my eye on shows on Amazon to have been added 2/20/12 which means it is nearing a year and doesn't that mean nearing the time it will be replaced by the next upgrade? I don't mind getting the previous model, but I would like a better price than what is being offered now for it.
