You can try re-registering with a different email, but same IMEI. Some reports say it works.
EDIT 2: It seems that the 50% off code is NOT unique. Here it is: rE157750d

- Dial *#06# in your dialer (must be the stock samsung one)
- Go to settings, about phone, then status
- Remove the back cover and battery, the IMEI is under the battery, on the phone
- The IMEI # is also on the products' box
