Actually they don't really check the number at all. You can reuse them, if it wasn't obvious enough after reading people say that they made a new account to register with because they already registered their phones. And I plan on getting the phone

Obviously your reading comprehension skills aren't that great. People were registering a different E-MAIL address and not IMEI stolen from someone else because they already received a coupon from a previous promotion. If you try and register an IMEI a second time it says "IMEI already registered." I guess some people have varying definitions of abuse, and they will do anything just for something free.

No obviously yours arent though..I was obviously implying I put 2 and 2 together..if an imei number is taken how would somebody register it a second time...lol nice try.Like I said I actually nplan on buying the phone so go complain about somebody else.I used my gfs gs3 imei after she got her case..and guess what? Funny that you can't even keep your story straight. On the previous page you did "ALOT of searching" to find an IMEI, now you used your gfs IMEI. I believe others will agree with me that your piss poor attitude and shady ways aren't welcomed here.
