I placed an order for a Polo shirt and a Twill hat. Polo went through but Twill hat got cancelled. I did order from different accounts but with same name and address. I called and i was told $.99 promo was for 1 item per household.

I'm not sure what happened with your order....just sharing my experience.

I was charged the .99 and haven't heard from them since, I logged into their site today and it doesn't show any order. I either want my shirt or my .99

I have a question about my logo and the thread color that was used. The logo I uploaded was white with a purple background. The shirt color I requested was black. I was sent an email to approve my logo and the logo color in the image I approved was black. It said on that page that the thread color would be chosen later so I approved the logo. Well I never received anything after that about the thread color. My shirt was shipped and I'm wondering if the thread color used was black. That would be ridiculous because the shirt is black so you wouldn't be able to see the logo. I didn't care about the purple background but the thread color should at least be done with white thread so you can see it. I'll attach 2 pics to this post so you can see what I'm talking about. The pic with the purple background is the one I uploaded and the logo in black is what I approved. I haven't received the shirt yet but I'm wondering if black thread was used for the logo or did they have enough common sense to use some other color since black thread on a black shirt would be barely visible?

I got my image approval e-mail...kind of surprised they went through with it to be honest, since it was just a spoof logo I made up a while back (see attached image for their embroidered version)

After going through all the emails about missing important information and phone calls, they've said my logo was too complicated and canceled my order. Let's see if they will return the money.
