actually, the real problem was that the local cops said it wasn't legal while someone from the atf said the local cops said it was ok to have the magazine, but not to have bullets. Which is ironic since in dc, you can't actually have either.

My order is listed under my account but the status is still 'Processing'

Mine is listed and in processing status. From what I was told when I originally called, they should be getting in their first shipment probably this week and will fulfill orders on a FIFO basis. The last orders should be sent out before end of February or you'll get your money back.

I just called them. A rough ETA for my order is first week of February. They are off to the SHOT show tomorrow but he's having one of his people stay at the store and compile a spreadsheet of all orders and all FFL info received. They have a stack of those as a result of this sale..

Considering I'm the OP and did not post until I got my order in , I'd say expect delivery between the first week and the end of Frebruary. :-)

For those who ordered, They will call or email you if they do not have your FFL on file so you can get that remedied.

I just got an email asking for my FFL. Said they will be shipping Friday or Monday

I can confirm. They are getting 120 rifles on this Friday and will be working all weekend to get them ready for shipping. They will be shipped out Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

Went by there address listed on there website......the building is vacant!

Just got a shipping notification from FedEx and from WesternSport . My order was picked up today and is at the Fed Ex location in Irving. Delivery to my FFL at the latest next Tuesday. Weight 10.5 lbs

@steelcurtain59 - The only address I can find on the WS website is a P.O.Box. It generally woudl be vacant if they picked up the mail.
