I am very disappointed in this TV, I'd return it if I could find a decent deal on a comparable non-3D TV. Since there aren't any deals I guess I'll keep it for a while... at least I got a good price on this, so when I eventually sell it I won't be taking much of a loss.

And on the plus side, this TV is a very good 60Hz TV at least. Color accuracy, deeper blacks than most LCDs, all of that is done well.

All our eyes are different but my experience with the LM4600's 3D is very enjoyable. My general reaction time is below a 1/5th of a second (fairly accurate results at mathisfun.com [mathsisfun.com]). That's including time to see the change, brain to trigger a response and for the body to act. Maybe I have slow eyes but fast hands or fast eyes and slow hands. Either way, I've enjoyed GranTurismo, Black Ops 2 from the PS3 and Battle Field 3 through the PC. I've also had no problem with Nemo, Cars 2 & Brave.

I will say that viewing distance from this TV makes a huge impact. Any closer then 4 feet when watching a movie is AWFUL. Games though, it seems you can be much closer.

As for black levels, mine's ok at best. It has two blotches from the backlight and dark blacks are alright but can get kinda grey vs the black they should be. With glasses & 3D, I think the blacks get better. The slight darkening effect of the glasses seem to fade out the blotches while the brightness being boosted to counter the glasses SEEMS to enhance the detail in dark areas while not making them grey. There are better TVs out there but I paid what I paid and that's all and I'm satisfied.

My 47lm4600 arrived today and I set it up...Its a good TV imo. Picture looks great.

Surprised that nobody has mentioned that this TV had a built in media player. I tried a few MP3s and some MKV files and it played them back fine. It didn't have audio for 1 MKV but I think that was because it has 5.1 AAC audio.
