Normal price is 99 for black in nh

A couple years ago in January I did this deal and my planet fitness closed that April. I could not get them to respond about the rest of my year and was just out the full $99 :/

Yeah I think it's an end of year deal...for a bare bones gym...pretty good price...I did it last year...

Black is normally 19.99 a month with a $39.99 membership fee or 279.87 a year. But this isn't a black membership its the basic one. Still a basic membership is normally around $170 a year so this is a very slick deal. In addition the club near me would only accept checking accounts no credit cards but I can pay for this with a credit card. Lastly there is no auto renewal clause so after the year is up they cannot charge you. I just signed up for this for me and my wife. Thanks so much!

The gym where working out will get you kicked out

I'm thinking about getting a black card membership and it looks like clubs in other states have better deals ($1 sign up +$19 a month).

Since you can use any club once you have your card, anyone know if you can join online for a club in a different state without ever going to that club to get your card?

I believe there is actually a limit on visiting other gyms...after the limit, you have to pay a fee to use a different gym. So, highly unlikely you can do what you want.

Turns out a gym in my area changed their offers since a few days ago and some are pretty good. Still don't see the $99 a year offer anywhere.

for anyone singing up with your spouse or partner, i believe the black membership also gives you an unlimited amount of guest passes. (you can bring someone with you for free every time you go. as well as use any participating locations and free tanning). I am not sure about the basic though.

my local charter fitness charges $10 a month and a $40 signup fee year round.

This is the business that screams "hypocrisy" more than any other in America. Their whole "lunk alarm" and putting down bodybuilders is absurd. I don't grunt, and I don't prefer when other people in the gym do, but if that's what they need to do to lift - whatever. But you can't say "Judgment free!" and then judge people and kick them out.

Kick people out for bad manners like not putting weights away or being assholes. Not because you, God forbid, made a noise or did deadlifts.
