Why the TD?? Seems like a good price, even if it is WalMart. I'd like to know if it can be had for cheaper.

Discover ight now has 5% on online purchases, and 5% from Shop Discover for Walmart.

I went ahead, and paid the $28 for the 2 year protection plan from Walmart, covers cracked screen, drops, etc...well worth the peace of mind since I know my 5 year old and hubby are going to be swiping this from me and might not be gentle!

Walmart.com may not qualify for 5% online purchase from Discover, since it may showed "Manual Keyed-In" instead of "Online" for transaction type. It happened to my Walmart.com purchases.

We love our Galaxy Tab 2 10" tablet. Paid $349+tax from Best Buy back in November. Good deal.

Check Craigslist in your area for brand new, sealed version of this if there happens to be a Fry's near you. A lot of people bought the $299 - $100 Fry's GC deal and flipping it for around $299 with no tax and keeping the GC. These things don't sell as easily as the iPads on CL, so you may even be able to talk them down a bit.

Was 299 in a few stores (B&M or on-line) just before Christmas. BB was one, and I recall others, including Fry's with the $100 GC after the 299 (That's one that I wished I would have hit!)

Avoid walmart like the plague. Order one Saturday. Said pick up that day because they had them in stock. Even called them and they said it would be ready in an hour.

Got there. They couldnt find my order number. Said i some kind of CC issue. called the CC company about it. It was a problem with Walmart.com. They screwed around with me for 2 days. Now they are out of stock at the store and online. They canceled my order. They said i would have to keep checking with the store to reorder. No thanks. Thanks walmart.com for one of the worst experiences ever. Weird thing is, I order 15 things totaling more than this item over black friday and no issues at all.
