They didn't send me 80% of my order. I legitimately got 1 of 5 items. No shipping info on possible additional shipments. No response to CS inquiry. Yikes...

I only received one of my three orders so far, I'm starting to wonder about this place.

Yeah, this is most definitely a scam. Can't get a hold of customer service. I essentially paid $85 for a t-shirt.

Same with me, cannot contact customer service and I only received one of my three orders which was a cheap t-shirt.

Looks like some people are having some luck with their customer service on facebook. I would try that route if there was a problem with your order.

From what it looks like, it's probably not a scam, but they were REALLY unprepared for the volume of orders that came in when the Groupon went live.

Ha... and literally right after I try to call their CS line, nearly post something on their facebook page about shitty service... I get the e-mail that my jersey has shipped.

I also ordered five items and have yet to receive any of them. Over a week ago I checked the tracking information and the status was "shipment can't be delivered in current condition." I checked the order status and discovered instead of my street address they put my email address. UPS told me the package had been returned to them. I sent them an email and never received a response. About a week ago I used their chat and explained what had happened to a rep and she asked me for my phone number and said someone would get in touch with me the next day. I never heard from them and just now I checked my order status at their website and discovered the fifth item from my order has been canceled. They never notified me of this and they also did not issue a refund. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a retailer.
