They didn't send me 80% of my order. I legitimately got 1 of 5 items. No shipping info on possible additional shipments. No response to CS inquiry. Yikes...
I also ordered five items and have yet to receive any of them. Over a week ago I checked the tracking information and the status was "shipment can't be delivered in current condition." I checked the order status and discovered instead of my street address they put my email address. UPS told me the package had been returned to them. I sent them an email and never received a response. About a week ago I used their chat and explained what had happened to a rep and she asked me for my phone number and said someone would get in touch with me the next day. I never heard from them and just now I checked my order status at their website and discovered the fifth item from my order has been canceled. They never notified me of this and they also did not issue a refund. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a retailer.
