Weird, they completely removed the transaction from my account. Not like canceling and refund. I don't even know if they ever refunded me because I don't remember my GC balance before.

Yep, I got a delayed cancellation too. Amazon did this only once to me before, claiming they couldn't get a commonly available cell phone that everyone else on earth had in stock. Guess they didn't feel like selling the product at that price, since once again...pantene shampoo isn't too hard to come by.

Reminds me of going to a mexican restaurant a couple of weeks ago that told me they were out of sour cream. They're right next door to a grocery store and its ~4 minutes to costco and sams club. If you have no sour cream or pantene shampoo and you're right next to a store that has it, you either don't want to have sour cream/shampoo or you're an idiot.

Further supports my spending reduction at amazon due to the california sales tax fiasco. Might just cancel my prime account altogether, since I'm down to only a few purchases a month at this point.
