As long as it's easy to return to TG, this is a good deal. But read the reviews on the other sites. There are a lot of units that need to be returned.
I bought one in August from Amazon and liked the picture, except for a panel problem with three bright spots in the upper left corner. I didn't like that it has no digital optical audio. Amazon was great about returning it, though. |

I have the 48" one from a few weeks back. Love it with the polk70 series from newegg close out sale
700 Total SSD's handled between two jobs. Plextor M3s, M5s, Crucial M4s, Intel 320s, and Samsung 470/830s are reliable. 2 M4 failure among ~200 of them. Sandforce Sata II controlled drives, 6 RMAs among ~175 units. There, now you know why I post like I do, professional, personal experience.
If you are going to ask "what deal was that?" or" where can I find out about deal so and so?" use the search feature on SD or Google first. |

TCL isn't actually a no-name company. Here's Allen Iverson in a TCL Jersey, he was playing for the Bejing Ducks earlier this year [tumblr.com]
They also make some of the panels for Samsung.info here [wikipedia.org] Ikea and TCL are also codeveloping electronics that are built in to the furniture [engadget.com] I'm not saying it's Sony but they are a real brand. I have a 48" TCL and I am pretty happy with it. D-League Baby

Not bad at all, assuming all the rebates go through without a problem and after tax (FL), it would come out to $372, after 10% (5+5) Discover CB. $372 for a 55" LED is slick to me. I do have to say though, the 39" I bought does have great picture except the blacks look grainy to me, but I didn't expect a super duper high end tv for that price. TU!

How are you not at the $1500 limit on the double online shopping for Discover cashback this late in the holiday season? ![]() I think I hit the $1500 mark about a month ago with all the FAR stuff and software Money Makers I bought from Frys. Also, how are calculating this at $372 OTD? Are you including the Dish Network rebate too? I would have to assume so. $699.99 - $100 MIR #1 - $50 MIR #2 - $150 MIR [Dish] - $70 CB (10% you mentioned) = $329.99 + S&H (unless you are Inner Circle) + tax (on $700)
![]() Just kidding, but that was kind of irrelevant, unless you're talking about brand name recognition in China.

![]() So it would come down to $572 including shipping/tax/ no Dish rebate. I definitely would pass now and would just jump on one of the Best Buy LED deals with some 3D at least. And I haven't been keeping up with my CB limit progress, I started a spreadsheet 2 nights ago and been checking them off though so hopefully it's aligned. |
