Interesting since this 3rd generation just came out. Any links to back up that claim?

I read that on a PSU review site couple months ago about the X750W Seasonic PSU being phased out. Just checked Seasonic website they actually just unveiled the 3rd gen X750W in October 2012 to replace the old 2nd gen X750W. I wonder if newegg is selling the 2nd gen at cheap price to clear out their old stock before restocking the newer version?

I didn't think we had craftsmanship like this anymore in electronics. I'd pay twice this price for something built this well.
