I'm starting to wonder if the 500 retweets just determined the trigger for the number of winners -- while being in no way related to the pool of winners unless total coincidence got involved. They could have just randomly chosen five hundred people among the total MCR membership as their random happy surprise.

Has anyone checked the MCR Twitter/Facebook pages to see if people are reporting points there -- or demanding same?

Yes it is!

Looks like the Twitter points issue is a big mystery. I also retweeted early
and am being followed, but does not look like I received any points like
everyone else who is reporting back here. While I really like
MCR overall they really should do a better job communicating on matters
like this.

On another note, if anyone tries the "roo" code with a Diet Coke cap can you report
back to the list as to what happens with it. My guess is it will be hard to tell whether it
both doubles for Diet Coke and gives 3 more for the roo code because of the way "roo" comes
up as 0 points and then is later credited. I'm not optimistic that it will "stack" like that but
would be good to know. I'd try, but entered 5 caps with roo at about 7 p.m. so it's going
to be awhile before I'm allowed to use it again.

FYI, white caps with Diet Coke chosen did not double.

i have coke zero flaps im willing to offer 12 coke zero flaps worth 120 points for 20 diet coke caps you cannot beet this deal because if you hold onto the coke zero flaps until the next time they double and the double alot you will get 240 points.

Just doubled about 20 DC caps; will do the rest tomorrow :-)
