January 1 - December 31, 2013 version
Welcome to the official SD My Coke Rewards Discussion Thread, proud to talk MCR since 2006!
(We often discuss Coke promotions, (texting games, sweepstakes, etc.), which use MCR membership info to signup, or offer MCR points as prizes.)

Current MCR Bonus Points, (which do not count in the 120-point weekly limit)
  • 10 Bonus Points are prizes in the MCR Merry Minutes of Winning [mycokerewards.com] instant win game.
  • 100 Bonus Points for signing up for Southwest Airlline's Rapid Rewards program [eprize.com].
  • Double Points on caps by purchasing beverages at Kangaroo Express and entering the keyword "kangaroo" and then the MCR cap code. Limit 2 Double cap Points per member, per day. Valid July 1 - Dec. 31, 2013.
My Coke Rewards (MCR) FAQ:

- How may I contact them?
  • Phone: 1-866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly
  • email address: mycokerewards.support@na.ko.com
  • Ask Chip, (formerly Allysa and Hank) feature on the MCR site
- When does the promotion end? The program will end on December 31, 2014, (but often has been renewed).

- Codes with 12 characters are still be accepted; (still working as of Dec. 30, 2013.)

- Weekly Point Limits, Invalids & Start and End of Weeks:

Change: The weekly point limit is changing from 120 points per week, (ppw) to 100 ppw, effective Jan. 13, 2014. 120 ppw will continue until the end of the "Coke week" at 11:59:59 Jan. 12, 2014.

Up to 120 points per week are permitted to be entered per account per week. A week starts at 12:00 a.m. E.T., each Monday, and ends at 11:59 p.m. E.T. each following Sunday.

Any Bonus Points earned are not included in the 120 point weekly limit.

Change: There is a weekly limit of 10,000 ppw.

From the 2014 rules:
"The current phase of the Program begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 1, 2014 and is scheduled to end at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2014 (the "Redemption Period"), but Sponsor reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Program, at its discretion, at any time.

"Codes may be entered beginning 12:00 a.m. ET on January 1, 2014 until 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2014 (the "Collection Period")."

"However, if an Enrollee enters 20 invalid codes on a given day Enrollee will be unable to enter any more codes that day."

- Inactivity

"If a Member’s Account has remained inactive for a period of 90 days or more, the Member will forfeit any points remaining in the Account, without compensation. Failure to either credit points to an Account or redeem points from an Account constitutes inactivity for purposes of this condition."

This means keep adding codes to your balance. Or redeem an award which costs 0 points. If you account has been inactive and points have been forfeited, send an e-mail to Coke and ask for them to please restore your points. Members have often had their points returned.

I live in WV and my coupons will not automatically scan at Kroger or Walmart or anywhere I guess. The cashier has to do them manually each time. What stores have you guys found that automatically scan?
I recently printed and bought some of the DiGiorno pizzas with the B2G1F coupon at a local Food Lion. I was only expecting to get the sale price of $5 to come off but instead the full amount($6.49) came off. Cashier did not put it in manually, but she did have to hit a button on the cash register for it to go through.

Combine that with the $5 off $5 coupon from FL and I came away paying $3.71 for 3 pizzas. Big Grin

It's even better if you sign up for the Beauty Club [ed4.net] email with the card you have registered and they will immediately email you a printable $4 off $20 coupon.
I just signed up and all they sent me is coupon for 10% off.

One 12-pack a week was considered a year's supply, so I received 52 coupons. Previously, I had won a year's supply of Coke and Pringles. That was 52 coupons for 1.25L bottles and 26 cans of Pringles.
26 cans a year supply. Hell my wife and kid would go through those in 26 days. LOL

I know. I kept hoping there would be a B1G1 free sale or something where I could double the amount. It didn't happen, though.

Same here, I have no idea what stores would do that. I used these at Shop Rite, Acme, and Target and each store has to look back at the screen/receipt to see what they cost and then manually enter that amount in.

I just got back from CVS. The Coke 12pack is on sale for 3/$11. I tried to use 3 coupons but their system only allowed 2. The two that did scan came up as $4.99 each. I used two and took back the other one. This might be YMMV. Good luck all.

I received some of my coke coupons but no walmart card, tho I received the shipping confirmation email much earlier for the walmart card. Is anyone else in the same situation. If so, any results from calling MCR? thx
Same here. I haven't tried calling Coke. I will probably wait a little bit longer. Let me know if you have any success with calling. They'll probably credit your account back with the points.

The reason you could only use two is that your Coke total was only $11.00, so register won't allow $4.99x3. If you bought over $14.97 worth of Coke then register probably wouldn't have questioned it. Just my two cents on this. Did you buy anything else other than the Coke to put the overage towards?

I wish CVS carried some interesting flavors like Cherry Coke Zero. Not a fan of plain Diet Coke. I'd love to try this at Shop Rite and see if the $4.99 comes off automatically with their amazing 5 packs/$11 deal, but would love if someone else tried it first.

Yeah I also just got back from CVS where they deducted the full 4.99....I bought 5 12-packs and used 3 coupons. $2.98 each. .60 CRV/case. 9% tax.

I bought a total of $34 worth of stuff. It worked for me because I had $16 in CVS ECB and $10 CVS GC.
