Here's a list of acceptable foods: http://www.atkins.com/getmedia/61..._0818.aspx
Thanks. I also checked out the Reddit page (first time on there really) and some of the food looks good. Especially the taco shells made of cheese.

I think I will attempt this and a LCHF diet (agian) on Monday. No way I'm doing this right before the superbowl lol. Plus it should give me a few lbs if I do the weigh in Monday morning...

You seem like spam, not sure.
No, I just try and tell people who are looking to lose weight what helped me. You've probably just never been to reddit. Reddit has 43 million users, 400 million visitors, and 37 billion monthly pageviews [expandedramblings.com], it doesn't need anyone to advertise for it.

The basic idea is that it is a link sharing site, that's divided into little subsections called subreddits that are made for specific topics by users. That is a keto subreddit, and it has 55,000 or so subscribers who post about their diet experience and stuff like recipes. It's really helpful. Anyhow, you should give it a shot it makes losing weight much easier because you're not as hungry.

I signed up 6 days ago and already lost 5 lbs just by watching what I ate. I'm sure I will gain some back today since it's Superbowl Sunday. I'm using Myfitnesspal app to track my foods, which seems to help for me.

Here is the routine that I have been following.

I normally didn't eat breakfast, but I know that is important when on a diet so I make some variation of this on Sunday night to eat throughout the week. http://www.kalynskitchen.com/2006...-knew.html I substitute ham instead of sausage.

For lunch I eat a nice big salad with a vinagrette or light greek dressing

And I eat a sensible dinner with low carbs. I even ate pasta one night this week. I recommend Dreamfields brand as a great tasting low carb pasta.

For a mid morning snack I usually eat a low-moisture Polly-O string cheese.

Snacking in the evening consists of veggie and dip, and a handful of nuts.

I went from 152 to 118 (5'2" female) last year eating Paleo. As much meat, veggies, egg, nuts & as I want and some fruit. Just dropped all grains, legumes, and dairy. Boom. Now I sit at 19% bodyfat and more muscle definition than I had in college when I was a gym rat AND I don't worry about how much I eat. I take an interval/training bootcamp class 2X a week and chase my kids around the yard, ski, etc. I will never go back to a typical American diet again! If you are struggling read WHy We Get Fat by Gary Taubes and The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf. Good luck yall!

I'm gonna do the video tomorrow morning... was gonna start the LCHF diet last week but there's no way I'm making it through today without any carbs... I have been weening myself off for the past few days and upping my water consumption so it won't be so much of a shock

Some people do fine with dairy (hubby and kids eat Greek yogurt & drink raw milk) but other than an occasional piece of good quality hard cheese and raw cream in my coffee I do better off it. It is a gray area for sure.

cuz many people are gullible and believe just about anything a disgruntled "little guy" has to say about a "big, bad evil company"

also cuz the company in question plans to scam most of the fats who successfully meet their weight-loss goals.

I am curious about that. I want to start but I don't want to lose my 150 bucks for some technicality. Has anyone gotten paid from them yet?
