My order hasn't shipped yet either -- but my card was charged. Order status is "processing". I tried to call customer service, but got a recorded message "Our representatives are currently unavailable -- please contact us at oneida.com".

I got confirmation that one of my orders shipped yesterday. I placed 2 orders, so we'll see if the other goes through!

Wow! One of the glasses I ordered arrived broken, and Oneida is asking that I PROVE that it is broken before they'll send a replacement glass. I emailed them the day the package arrived, and they took 4 days to respond. Good thing I kept a pile of broken glass around that long.
I've never had a company ask me to further handle broken glass in order to photograph it. And this for a .79 replacement glass. Stunning. Never be afraid to try something new. Remember that a lone amateur built the Ark. A large group of professionals built the Titanic.

Well I guess I am another one. The charge has been removed from my credit card, no email, no cancellation, what a crappy first experience with Oneida.
CS closes at 4:30. They don't answer email. They don't respond if you order as a guest. I guess I know why their stuff was 80% off with customer service like this. |

Just wanted to update and let everyone know my order did go through. Very well packed, and sent in like eight boxes. I am very pleased with the purchase, but I do still think they should answer email.
