EDIT: You could always PM this at Walmart/Target as well. From what I have learned since first posting this deal is that those stores are actually better supported with the Ibotta app.

Ibotta is available as an Android and iOS app. The way it works is you choose your offer before shopping, then go shopping. Afterwards, take a photo of your receipt, and it gives you money back loaded into your Paypal account (or donated to any US school). Each time an offer is redeemed, they send you a new one.

Question/clarifying OP.....don't you have to buy 2 boxes at 2 for $4 though from what I read on CVS site??

Most stores, including CVS, don't actually require you to purchase both boxes to get the $2 price. You can easily PM this at Walmart/Target though if you are concerned. They will accept it without question.

EDIT: Actually if you note the edit I put into the OP you should PM this at either Target or Walmart. Ibotta is supposed to accept CVS purchases, but I'm not seeing that option in my app now. Walmart and Target are good to go though.
