I bought the Panasonic last month for $10 more and picked this Sony up yesterday, planning on returning the one I liked less. In my opinion, Sony's the keeper, especially at $10 less. The interface is much more appealing to me, and the internet content is superior in my opinion, although I'm basing this mainly on the Amazon App. The streaming seems to work a little better on the Sony for me (over wireless), plus you can access your Amazon Watch List, which you can't do on the Pani. Also as a new owner of a 3D TV, I appreciate the 2 "channels" that have short 3D clips so I can get a little taste of 3D before building up my library.
