Marmot Men's Zeus Jacket $93.53 @REI

I just received mine. This is the first light down jacket I've every worn. Usually I wear CBs, London Fog or something along those lines. The ones I used to wear are a bit puffier and definitely takes up a whole lot of space. This thing is so thin by comparison. I was shocked at how small the packaging was, it was like a flat rate USPS padded envelope size. It's warm, it's nice and style is really nice, I'd say it's "slimming" I'm a pretty big guy, this (L) jacket fits snug on my chest and shoulders which makes it very form fitting and nice. The belly area is a little looser but still form fitting. The arms are about 1 inch longer than I'd like. I'm 5'9" and my arms are more or less right for my frame, not long and not short. The L would fit an average 6' man perfectly because of the arm length and how snug the chest area is for me. Wish I could have gotten a different color as well

6'1" and 180 Lbs and this coat is far too baggy for my tastes, as well as the sleeves being a tad too long. Nice coat, but forced to return it. :-(

But it doesn't block wind at all. I wear a 5 dollar starters windbreaker I bought from Walmart over it and it's perfect. Not only that... people in NYC don't kill for starters jackets, but a kid was recently killed for a Marmot parka here.
