I didn't realize they offered free shipping for orders over $50. I was thinking about adding a Roku device. Any had any luck having an order modified? All their reps are gone for the evening. I sent an e-mail but will need to call them in the morning.

They normally don't offer free shipping for $50 or bulk ordering but had a holiday promo that expired a few days ago. Some items ship free but if they're not designated as eligible for free shipping on the product page spending $50 won't change that. Their shipping rates are low and they price match -- including shipping -- so I generally don't find their shipping fees to be a deal breaker. As far as modifying an order (adding or subtracting items), they don't do that. They'll let you cancel your order (if you call in the early am before the item is prepped for shipping) and place a new one but that'll mean you'll either not be able to re-order Halo (since it's no longer available) or that you'll move to the end of the backorder line.

I placed my order at 12:04AM EST. Checking the status online shows "Status: All Backordered". I wonder how many orders were placed in the first 5 minutes and if I will get my order before the rebate window closes.

Nope.

For anyone that lives in a state with a BM TigerDirect store, it looks like their actual stores still have the Halo 4 in stock. Not sure what the in store prices are or if you can PM the online price. But it looks like the rebate would still apply to brick and mortar purchases, unless I missed something on the form.

So for those of you living in FL, DE, GA, IL, TX and NC. You might still be in luck.

I received an order number but it's backordered. So it has not shipped.

I already submitted the online rebate form 1/4/13

If and when it ships and an invoice is created, will it be dated differently? Will the rebate then be valid or invalid?

Status on my order now says "To Drop Shipper - Your order is being submitted to a third-party warehouse for fulfillment and delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipment."
