Agree. Agree. Disagree. Spartan Laser will take out most vehicles with one shot, whereas Rail Gun on a ghost (or any other vehicle) will end up getting you splattered Plus the laser can take out someone across the whole map- I'm on level 4/5 with about 190 to go to max it out. Helps to play Dominion.

I haven't played any of the previous Halo games. I'm not even that into FPS games (the last one I cleared was Bulletstorm). But I really enjoyed Halo 4, the single player campaign at least. It is well polished, with epic visuals and music. And game play is varied enough so that I didn't feel repetitive. Can't say about the plot but I really don't think Master Chief spoke too much.

it is not a difficult game at all on easy, if that's what you were thinking.

If it drops to 20.00 (it may jump in retail price before the rebate kicks in making it more as others have pointed out) then it most likely will be a few weeks/months before it gets this low again most likely.

However if you play games for a while and are one to max them out for their full potential the other Halo series will keep you going and by the time you reach this one then it will be available for 20.00 or close to it on a regular basis or used via ebay or another website.

It's not really net $30 because that deal involved an Amazon Promotional Credit, but I get what you're trying to say. It may be net $30 in your mind because you shop at Amazon all the time.

To Amazon, they would much rather give you a promotional credit because they have a mark-up on every item.

So, in terms of cost to dealer, Amazon was still selling it at about $35 to $37 (factoring in the item price + "cost" of the promotional certificate).
