Then Kohls is in bad shape! just joking or am I? Seriously you don't complain to CSR's you complain to the proper state authorities. I know this works as it has been done in my state with positive results, by a friend not to long ago when she had a store issue. Not Kohls by the way.

What's so special about Kohls anyways??
I can't remember last time i was in their store. Long story short....If you return your item and the KC than they should return your money and every cent of it. From what i am reading i am getting the idea that they are forcing consumers to hold on to KC and lock them into buying something with KC in their store.....This is wrong period. |

I'm exhausted from explaining. Please do not reply any further. Btw, returning at my order will not resolve it. It'll only make the matter worst. I already know if I return everything, my account will not have a $0 balance, yet I still owe them money. Obviously, Kohl's has a big issue on their system. If you order online and your order is shipped in separate shipments, each shipment is treated as an individual order. When I ordered over $60 worth of merchandise, all four items were shipped individually; therefore, when I had to return them, the system took off $10 from each "order" which meant losing $40. I didn't use any kc on the initial order, only earned $10 kc on it which I subsequently spent and then needed to return the item. I complained that there was no way I had earned $40 in kc on my order of $62, but they were only going to give me $22 back to my credit card saying there was no way to override the system. I complained to the store manager and she gave me $72 back in store credit. It was not the best result, but certainly better than losing $40.

And you think I am hassling them by returning these items? I will acknowledge that some people have scammed Kohls in regards to the Kohls cash and they changed the way it works now because of these scammers. But don't think these scammers are unique to Kohl's. These types do it all over. My point is that Kohls is now scamming us. Kohl's cash is not the incentive they make it out to be. It's not worth using and running the risk that something won't fit and you have to return it. Remember Kohl's "hassle free" returns? I'm tired of the Kohl's cash hassle. I felt like I was the one getting ripped off, and so I'm done with it. |

I do not care anymore about the Kohl's cash. mainly when i am placing order online. as soon as i found one item, i order it and then search for second item. Let kohls ship all order seperately, i don't care as with Kohls card i get free shipping. For me, it happen several times, i keep on adding item in cart and by the time i am ready to place the order, the item is out of stock or the size will be sold out. in short never wait to add all item in one order to reach total 50 and get 10 kc.
