Already have the Iron Gym bar, but I might just get this for the ab straps, grips, and cordless jump rope. Always nice to have a backup anyway.

bought 2 last time (a little over a week ago i think)
one of the jump rope came DOA.
the other one works fine.
the jump rope looks and feels stupid so i just cut the weight off and connected a old jump rope.
its interesting to see how many you can do.

the push up works fine. the grip sucks (too small) compared to the higher end ones.

also the pull up bar is a old design so make sure u protect your door frame with something.
mine dented in and took the paint off over time.

the ab strap takes time to get it perfect. cheap but works great. just dont swing too much.
