Now that i have luggage I need to find Vegas thread

Never buy from 1saleaday again after a horrible purchase experience. Charged my cc multiple times even though the site said the transactions didn't go through. I even used multiple cc's to try ordering, and made me dealing with all the cc's company individually to get my money back afterward.
Bad merchant site. Stay away.

I know- I bought these same suitcases as part of another set. But the bags are the same.

received the luggage today wasn't expecting the greatest set for $30 but will work fine for road trips not sure if i'd use it for airlines as it might not be sturdy enough to be thrown around like how airlines handle baggage

I ordered one and it said it was shipped. After a week of no updates to the shipping status, I sent and email. They said they were having trouble with their shipping status but I would get it shortly. After 4 more days passed and nothing, I received another message from another service rep that said there was a recall of these and my order was canceled and my money being refunded. That refunded is still being processed 3 days later. I sent an email asking how can they send me one email saying it was shipped and I would receive it shortly and then receive an email saying it was canceled? Which one am I to believe? No answer yet. I'm probably done with this company as I've had a number of problems with them. (shipping defective camera to shipping a ring with the wrong stones in it and it took forever for them to make good on it). When you buy, you are taking a chance on not getting it right away or getting the wrong item.

I still haven't received mine yet, and the tracking # says it hasn't been shipped. Should I be worried?

Just recieved an email about my luggage being recalled and that I would get a refund. This is after recievi an email last week that it had been shipped. Tracking number says never received. Oh 1aday

Same story for me. Shipping email with tracking # that was never checked in. Emailed support and said it was a defective item. We will see when I get my refund.
