A Widespread Showtime, HBO, Cinemax, Starz, TMC, etc Free Preview Weekend coming Jan 11th-13th (part of 14th?) -- for many providers (YMMV)

Showtime has made a press release [cbspressexpress.com] with specifics, including AT&T U-verse, Cable One, Comcast, Cox, DIRECTV, DISH, Mediacom, Suddenlink, Time Warner Cable and Verizon FiOS.

Dish Network lists [mydish.com] HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime specifically.
Directv will apparently have HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, and Starz.
More specifics will unfold in the coming days (i.e. check with your provider for which specific channels will participate.)

If you are like me and never check the "Free" section, this definitely belongs here. I never look at the "Free" section because there is usually nothing that grabs my attention. Always been a downside to Slickdeals IMO.
