You can get this case for $3.99 on eBay!! It looks like the smart product to me... except no screen guard (1 piece) and stylus pen (1 piece) which if you really need those can be found for around $0.99 each on eBay.

Just wanted to chime in here... I bought a $8.99 (shipped free) case here and these do have the smart cover feature (and it works perfectly/reliably). Seller shipped quick and I even got them (I bought a couple) within a few days and that was right before before Christmas. (Disclaimer: I have zero affiliation with seller except as a customer... just thought I'd throw their hat in the ring since they did right by me (and also it is worth noting that they have 100% positive feedback)):
