That's up for you to decide. FYI, the Apple brand is also made in China but it has undergone QA testing per US standards. |

I bought one of these and didn't like it that much.. the "leather" is really plasticky and i was not a big fan of the mechanism to grip the ipad. i prefer maroo cases better, esp when they have the 50% off sales.

I have this in red, and just fyi, my iPad doesn't always lock on the ridges because they're shallow and the creases are flimsy. I'm in the market for a better one, but this does do the job of protecting your iPad and allowing it to rotate while in the case for under $10.

i bought one that is bundled with a bluetooth keyboard (same keyboard as the one on groupon today). one thing i didn't like was the strong PU leather smell. i hope that goes away after a few days.

It even come with one free stylus!! Nice deal!
I have a case similar to this that I got on Amazon for around $10 and it is pretty good, beside it's kinda bulky. I replaced the case with the FAR one I got from Frys because it's more compact. |

Be careful of these generic cases with black inner lining - if you have a screen protector, the dye rubs off and will stain the protector which can't be removed. This happened twice to me. The gray lining doesn't stain.

How is this a hot deal?! They sell for this price ALL THE TIME on eBay and I have bought many (the same exact ones this seller has in fact) for this price over the past few years.
