this is stupid, with these class action lawsuits, only attorneys make money. Ppl should discourage this kind of practice. It is taxpayers like you and me paying for their insurance premium. Eventually you are paying 10 times of what you are getting.
I was foolish to give my info to several such suits (e.g. craftsman lawnmower, shape-ups shoes etc.) and I am yet to get single dime.
I understand suits like these keep companies in check but the monetary reward should be minuscule and company should suffer reputation wise (e.g. have company post humiliating admission of malpractice on their homepage)

We're all gonna get a check for 73 cents. LoL

not sure if its relevant, but i recieved a post card for this with a number to enter. I was under the impression that if you did not get that notice you werent eligible for this? I got one DH did not.

I got $70 for the shape-ups.

Plus lots of small amounts from other ones. (Diamond Walnuts)

The two I'm *really* waiting for are a refund of my overdraft fees at Chase and Citizen's Bank!! WOWWEEE that will be a lot.
