I just printed out the rebate to check the terms and it says "SEND: This original fully completed rebate certificate, UPC barcode cut from the package and taped below, and the original cash register receipt dated 1/6/2013 through 1/13/2013 with the NEOSPORIN ESSENTIALS Trial Pack product purchase circled."
Purchases today will not qualify. |

The rebate form on the CVS website says - "and the original store identified cash registerreceipt"
Does this mean we cannot get it from drugstore.com ? |

Be careful about purchasing this from Drugstore.com. This is language from the rebate form:
Store identified receipt(s) must emanate from same state as consumer address. |
